Our goal is to give the athletes the opportunity and chance to develop a higher level of fitness, speed, endurance and coordination.  We stress discipline and teamwork.  We want our athletes to improve during the course of our season, its not all about winning. You win when you improve yourself and achieve your personal goals.  TRAIN HARD, WIN EASY is our Motto.

The athlete’s year of birth will determine what age division they will compete in.  

2026 Age Divisions
8 and Under Girls/Boys (Born 2018 and later)

9 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2017)

10 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2016)

11 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2015)

12 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2014)

13 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2013)

14 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2012)

15-16 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2010-2011)

17-18 year old Women/Men (Born 2008-2009) Athletes who are 18 through the final day of the National Championship/AAU Junior Olympics shall be eligible to compete in the 17-18 year old age divisions

Practice Schedule for the week of June 22, 2026. 
- Practice will be held on Monday and Tuesday only.
- A limited number of athletes may have specialty event practice on Wednesday, as directed by their coaches.

Photo Pickup
If you ordered photos, they will be available for pickup during practice.

Practice Entrance Update
Please note that our normal gate entrance for track practice will be closed for the remainder of the season. Athletes and families should park in the front of the school and enter through the gate located by the track.

We have Roadrunners shirts, Backpacks (2 types) and Tote Bags for sell during practice. We have a new batch of shirts available so currently we have all sizes in stock. You can pay with Cash or Cashapp
