Our goal is to give the athletes the opportunity and chance to develop a higher level of fitness, speed, endurance and coordination.  We stress discipline and teamwork.  We want our athletes to improve during the course of our season, its not all about winning. You win when you improve yourself and achieve your personal goals.  TRAIN HARD, WIN EASY is our Motto.

The athlete’s year of birth will determine what age division they will compete in.  

2026 Age Divisions
8 and Under Girls/Boys (Born 2018 and later)

9 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2017)

10 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2016)

11 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2015)

12 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2014)

13 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2013)

14 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2012)

15-16 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2010-2011)

17-18 year old Women/Men (Born 2008-2009) Athletes who are 18 through the final day of the National Championship/AAU Junior Olympics shall be eligible to compete in the 17-18 year old age divisions    

REgistration

Practice officially began on March 30. Registration for athletes ages 14 and under is closed. We will continue offering onsite registration during practice from 6:00pm to 7:00pm for ages 15 and older. The last day to register will be Tuesday, May 12th. ​​

We will be having a mandatory parent meeting on Monday, May 11th at 6:30pm. Please make arrangements to attend.

Meeting topics will include:
• Our plans to compete in TAAF
• TAAF registration information and Q&A
• Our Annual Popcorn Fundraiser

Our practice time for the rest of the season will be 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Practice days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
